This lake is located around 7 miles from the primary canyon road, but worth the journey. The wildflowers in the middle of July are breathtaking. Limber Pine Trail is an easy trail to this enormous tree. It is really concerning 7 trees that grew together, but still impressive. The route is scenic and even has a Bear Lake overlook.

One of the reasons we travel this route so often is to visit Bear Lake. If you make it to Limber Pine Pathway, you'll be merely a couple of minutes from vibrant blue Bear Lake.
